What are the tips to wear stiletto pump without getting tired?

Due to my working environment, I need to wear high stiletto heel 4 "classic pump for long time (almost pointy toes and peep toes). I do not have any soarness for my head during the day but the front part My feet are very soar. I have tried to insert single but it does not really help. Any tips?

Things to try: Get your feet out of the shoes as often as possible, even for just a minute or two.
