Leather boots have stretched the leg being how much they can reach them? ?

I just came down from a pair of riding high boots with a boot-shop repair. They used to fit fine, but either my legs got bigger or they shrunk from being in my car (It has snowed here). I was just wondering if anyone knows how much the boots can be stretched with legs? They are real leather and I need them stretched at least an inch.

I wore a pair of tall riding boots in the fashion industry, a great pair must mold back to your feet once again you wear them a few times, I'm not sure about the boot-shop repair, but I boot to stretch and wearing them back to help. I would find a good supplier on board and ask them good luck
